Need to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to assist! You can do so within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by clicking here.

NOTE:

For items on sale, ICONIC. Man does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit

For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, please return only the one you want to exchange and keep the other one.

RETURN PERIOD: You have 14 days to return your package without needing to provide a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your package. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within this timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN COSTS: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which vary depending on the courier and the country you're sending the package from.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it right away to ensure the exchange is completed within a few days.


We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days. You can track your return shipment to see when it arrives at our warehouse. The 10-day processing period begins at that point. After we issue your refund, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

  • What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Contact our customer service team to explore your options. We will provide an update on the expected availability of the product. If the product is sold out after you've initiated your return, we will reach out to you to find a solution.

  • Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number is a five-digit code found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email, our customer service team can assist you.

  • What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@iconic-man.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  • What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please make sure to return your order within the 14-day return period. If this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Contact our customer support team to discuss your options.
